All members are strongly encouraged to attend a special meeting that will be held on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the curling club.  A copy of the agenda has been attached.  Priority topics include:

- the financial state of the club and how we can improve our bottom line
- building maintenance, including future capital projects and priority repairs
- our membership status and future recruitment moving forward

The attendance of as many members as possible is needed so we can have a candid discussion about the above topics and how we, as a club membership, can work together to keep the club open for years to come.
